Double room with single bed and wardrobe. Two desks/laminate flooring. My house is a town house so you have your separate space . Area close to Birmingham city centre, nice park opposite the house. Good bus routes to town, train station nearby. I also have a dishwasher mske life easier :)

There are no current roomies, the double room requires a Chester drawer, I will provide one if needed or you can bring your own. Rent includes all bills including internet. Cleaning and laundry products provide yourself please. I will provide a fridge for the double room if needed unless you’ve got your own. Please no time wasters, want serious lodgers that are genuinely interested. Feel free to message me ;) I’m very down to earth but only like tidy people that put their belongings away.
