Lovely and cosy room available in a house in Towcester, Northamptonshire, to let to single person.

Owner occupies the place and looks after dogs, so we may have a furry friend with us from time to time.

The property isn’t far from the A5 and is a 15 minute walk to the nearest shop and the main town centre.

There’s a bus stop, 5-10 minute walk from the house, heading to CMK, Silverstone, Northampton and surrounding reas.

The house itself is in a quiet area, with lovely parks nearby, for those looking for a change. The house also comes with a fully kitted kitchen, living room and a big enough garden and available parking.

The room is furnished, with a single/double bed.

All bills are included in the price, but no TV license.

Room has ensuite.

I clean the house except for your room, however, I do expect you to keep things clean and tidy.

I would prefer a none-smoker, as this will affect the pets, I look after, but, if you have to smoke, please do it in the garden.
