10 minutes from Edinburgh University (Kings Buildings campus) and Cameron Toll shopping centre, restaurants, shops and cafes as well as Queens Hall & Festival Theatre. Great transport links. Sorry no couples or pets.
House has shared modern bathroom, self contained kitchen with all contemporary appliances ie washing machine etc, bathroom with Mira shower; private front, side and back garden. Gas, electricity, wifi included. No Deposit required.
House is newly renovated inside and out. Room has double bed, wardrobe and drawers, air dryer, duvet and covers etc.

The lease runs on a month to month basis so all we require is a months notice when you decide to move on. Reference provided when you leave.
