This is as a lodging arrangement and not a tenancy agreement, House rules are in place for the wellbeing of cohabitant, and avoids overlaps in the common areas. The ideal lodger is someone reliable, and quiet, I am not opposed to someone that need the room from Mon to Fri.

Ideally, also someone who doesn’t use the Kitchen area much, since my bedroom is just opposite, but we can agree on a pre-set schedule . Wellington Central, Maisonette with private car park, Bus Stops in front of the flat

£550, including Bills (this was based on my previous lodger, she was working long hours, and using the accommodation mostly for sleeping), The room includes the double bed, wardrobes, a small 2-seat sofa, and a chest drawer. This is a maisonette, you will effectively have your own floor.

Sharing space: -Kitchen* (for food prepping only, meals should be eaten in your own living area, as I do myself.) Pots, Pans, plates and cutlery etc. can be provided if needed. -Bathroom

• A Female Lodger would be preferred

I am an introvert, and reserved, quiet, and boundaries are very important for me. I work in a school, but I also work from home every weekend (Fri/Sat/Sun).
