1 bedroom for rent in a 4-bedroom house. Currently occupied by me (Landlord) and one other (a nurse from the hospital). There is a communal bathroom next to the room, a communal living room and a communal kitchen. There is also a communal WC downstairs.

The house is situated in Patna, which has a convenience store, hairdressers, Chinese take away, fish and chip shop, DIY store, two mechanics, a pub, boots pharmacy, a primary school and two care homes.

By car it is an 18-minute drive into Ayr, the main town in Ayrshire. By bus, there is a stop 1 min walk from the house, it takes 40 mins to get to Ayr. Ayr has shops, restaurants, clubs, pubs, cinema, beaches and a wealth of local history. Alloway has the Robert Burns museum, where he was born. Ayr also hosts the Scottish grand national and the Scottish international air show every year.

It is also only a 10-minute drive and 27-minute bus ride to Ayr Hospital. The UWS campus is a 20-minute drive and an hour by bus.

There is also one other room for rent, although currently it is not listed. I will be looking to get another person in for that room, once this room is rented.

The rent includes all bills. Internet throughout the house and sky TV in the communal living room are also included. There is no phone line. There is Alexa in some places of the house, such as the communal bathroom, living room and kitchen. No pets allowed (as I have a border collie living with me) and smokers are welcome to smoke in the communal kitchen only.

I am a 40 year old man, who is a professional with a law degree, and has a border collie.

The other person is a 37 female nurse working at the hospital.

Both of us have cars.
