The 5 bedroom home is in Birkdale and is approximately 1 mile from its hub. There you will find the main shops and restaurants.
The available bedroom is very large, bright and quiet.
There’s a good size kitchen/dining area to socialise in if you wish. The usual amenities are available and from here there’s access to a south facing garden.
Southport and Birkdale’s main shopping areas, restaurants, and the beachfront are between 10 and 35 mins walk away, or a moment by car/taxi. So both train stations are a reasonable walk away as is Southport’s main hospital.
Popular bus stops are close to the house and buses run frequently. If just interested in staying for the Royal Birkdale Golf Tournament; your enquiries to discuss rates are more than welcome. The room has a wooden floor, you could hone your putt !
We are a friendly group of diverse people. We are quiet, respectful, and easy to get along with. If you are similar and looking for a room and a place to call home please get in touch. We are also animal friendly, please contact me if you wish to discuss a pet with very few exceptions, large spiders though …. I just can’t.
If you have a disability that affects your mobility and you use aids, we can always discuss access etc. The bedroom is on the ground floor.
