Friendly live-in landlord with a modern 2-bed flat. Bright furnished double room with a day bed that pulls out to a double and triple wardrobe. Happy to discuss replacing the bed with a small double if preferred.

Quiet home during the week while my child is at school; family-orientated at weekends/holidays.

Shared spaces: Use of kitchen and living room for meals and occasional use (not a full-time communal space).

House rules: 🚭 No smoking or vaping 🐾 Open to someone with a cat

Parking: Free overnight parking available at Morrisons Aldershot Westgate (5p.m.–9 a.m. weekdays) Free for 4 hours from 9am - 5pm.

📍 1-min walk to Morrisons, PureGym, Cineworld & cafés 🚆 10-min walk to Aldershot Station (direct trains to London Waterloo) 🌳 Close to Caesar’s Camp, Farnham & Guildford

About the roomies

Hi! I’m a professional who sometimes travels into London for work. I like to keep my home clean, organised and calm. Outside of work, I spend my time at the gym, seeing friends, or at Taekwondo. During the week, my child is away at school, but when at home at weekends. We usually spend that time doing activities, visiting family or seeing friends, so we’re not around the flat too much. The living room can be used for meals or relaxing, but it’s not intended as a social or entertaining space.
