The Room & Flat A fully furnished room is available in our 3-bedroom flat, located 2 minute walk from the lidl N16. You’ll be sharing a comfortable, well-equipped home:

There is an option between a single bedroom and a double bedroom

Rent: £1200/month (bills inc) or open to offer - double room £750/month (bills inc)-single room

Home Features: Dishwasher and Washing machine, high-speed Wi-Fi, shared living room, and bathroom.

Parking: Free side road parking on weekends; weekday restrictions apply only 10 am – 2 pm.

Flatmate 2: A university student studying sound engineering. He is pleasent, free spirited and respectful.
