About the property

Unfortunately, due to illness, I am moving out, so I’m looking for someone to take over my place.

📍 Location: 20 minutes from Harper Adams 📆 Availability: From today until July 2026

🏡 Setup: You’ll have a private annex all to yourself, which includes:

A double bed

TV

Walk-in bathroom

Mini kitchenette

The annex is just opposite the main house, where my female housemate (a final year vet student) will be living. You’ll also have access to the main house, which has:

A fully equipped kitchen

Living room

Conservatory

Toilet + extra bathroom

Spacious shared areas

🌿 Extras:

Tennis court on site

Campsite area with open fire

Ample free parking

All bills included

💷 Rent: £20/day (around £600/month) 🚫 No deposit required

It’s a really lovely setup with a great mix of privacy and shared spaces — perfect for a student looking for something a bit special!

I found the site to be clear of scams which is very much appreciated since there's so much garbage out there on the web.

Flawless design and user-friendly. I hope people really catch on to this app because it is well put together for people looking for affordable housing.

Roomies is my #1 go to whenever I want to list a room for rent because I always have a better experience with them than any of the other sites out there.
