About the room

Hi, We are located near Ormiston and Pathhead in a lovely rural location. Available is a large double bedroom (double bed, desk, bedside table, lamps, storage) with private bathroom (toilet, shower, bath and sink), loads of storage, parking and big garden. The lodger will have shared use of the large kitchen, dining room, living room and porch. £750 including all bills. Deposit is £750. We have all the usual facilities ie washing machine, tumble drier, dishwasher, fridge freezer, Netflix, Amazon Prime TV and full fibre Broadband internet.

About the roomies

It’s a 4 bed and currently occupied by myself (female), husband and my 12 year old. We have one small dog and two cats. We are a scientist and an architect and my daughter is with me half of the week. Non smokers only please.
