Hi, I have a double bedroom for rent, currently furnished with a double bed, large set of drawers and a clothes rail. The room also has a lock on the inside and outside of the door.

The house has a total of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, and back garden.

Good transport links to central Gateshead, Newcastle and Chester-le-street. 10 minutes from the centre of Gateshead, about 15 minutes to Newcastle.

I’ve just lost my dog, so the place feels a bit empty. I’d definitely consider a new housemate with a dog!

Initially looking for a short term rental but open to a longer stay if it works for both of us.

I like a chilled life and I’m pretty tidy. Just looking for someone with a similar energy.

£480p/m including bills. £200 deposit.

I live alone in the property, usually work Monday to Friday but I also work one weekend every month. My time is split between being a therapist and a support worker, so I’m out quite a lot.
