About the room

This Victorian period style cottage is suitable for professionals or students. This property is situated right bang in the city centre opposite the Friars Walk shopping mall, and opposite the Newport City campus university building. You also have the Dolman theatre and Newport City centre campus next to it also.

The property is a quint & cosy Victorian style terrace house. There are currently a single room (14ft x 12ft) available to share with other friendly professionals. All rooms are fully furnished with double size bed & mattress, basic cupboards and desk.

There are 2 x separate bathrooms with shower cubicle at the property and furnished large (22ft x 12ft) living room & dinning area, brand new central heating boiler & radiators with large size fully furnished kitchen, each housemate has their own fridge/freezer unit, and with private garden space.

Included bills are: Water, Council Tax & 50Mb Broadband internet.

£420 monthly rental + £420 BOND.

NOT INCLUDED BILLS: Gas + Electricity (Contributions between all 4 x housemates).
