This room is available on a full time basis (£155/week) or Monday to Friday (£135/week). It’s a double room with a built-in wardrobe, a desk and a cupboard with drawers. The bathroom is adjacent. The house is a few minutes(20 minutes walk, 5 minutes drive) from Stratford City Centre, just off Birmingham Road, directly off the A46 , it’s in a ‘cul de sac’ near Tesco, Aldi and the Maybird Centre. I live here with my two cats and one other guest. I am a busy and buzzy individual looking to rent to respectful, considerate, and trustworthy people. This home is a heaven of tranquillity, offering a safe, peaceful, and clean environment. It’s the perfect place to unwind, relax, or study quietly. I’m not fussed about gender, background, or occupation. I’m a mature student working for the NHS and I welcome kind, like-minded individuals who are considerate of others and respectful of my home. I like to interact but respect others’ privacy and personal space. The two cats are outdoors, super clean, and cuddly. They live their life, and they are super friendly and independent . While I’m flexible about many things, I do have a few expectations. I kindly ask that you smoke in the garden, be kind and considerate towards the cats, clean up after yourself, and keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm.
