I live on the edge of Newmarket by the A14, easy commute to Bury St Edmunds/ Ely/ Cambridge. I have the bigger of the bedrooms for rent. It has a walk in wardrobe and plenty of space. You will need to arrange for a bed as the current one is going with the current tenant. The neighbourhood is quiet and we have easy access into Newmarket town centre. A few local shops are within a 10min walk. Just to clarify, this is a 50% house share. To avoid any confusion. The photo of the wall will change, we are currently cleaning and painting that bit and will clean all carpeted areas of the room. I live in Studlands Park area of Newmarket. I will be living by myself until a new housemate joins me. I work on the railway and have done for over +25 years. I work on the late shift, so I am out of the house from mid morning onwards. I can cook basic things but I am still learning. I love to travel and get to know different people. I cannot be 420 friendly because of my work, Thanks for understanding.
