Hey! One unfurnished room in a two bed part furnished house is available from the first of August 2025! Rent + Bills is £840, this is including a host of communal streaming services, WiFi etc

It’s a good sized room, with space for a double, a desk, clothes storage etc! There is some inbuilt storage in the room, however it’s only really suitable for boxes, suitcases and the like.

Shared kitchen, bathroom and living space.

We’ve worked hard to make the living area a nice place to relax and socialise in; I’d love for the incoming housemate to be just as social, Whether that’s watching movies, listening to vinyls or playing an instrument!

Kitchen is fairly modern with good appliances: electric fan oven with electric hobs, fridge freezer, kettle, microwave, coffee machines etc!

Bathroom is a bath/shower combo on the 1st floor!

I myself am a 29 year old professional, and I’d like to live with someone in a similar situation! I’m social, chatty and enjoy the house being a friendly place. I enjoy music, cooking, movies, video games and a pub trip!
