Hello! My roommate and I are looking to rent out our double Room with Private Balcony available for an AUGUST tenancy in London, potential for contract extension but cannot promise anything just yet. 20 min walk away from London bridge station, 12 min walk away from Bermondsey Tube station. 1 & 78 bus stops outside the flat 2 minutes away!! Lots and lots of local grocery stores on the street (Massive Tesco, Iceland, Halal supermarkets, etc…). My roommate and I have our own rooms and bathroom on the top floor and so the downstairs bathroom can be predominantly yours to use! Looking for a friendly, tidy and responsible tenant (females only please) to enjoy an August in Bermondsey, right near central London! Please do let me know if you have any further questions.
