Clair's room

live in the house with my son (14) so ideally a considerate female would be I live in my home with my son (14) so ideally, a considerate female would be a good match. We are clean and tidy and quite quiet. Brand new bed, mattress, bedding and wardrobe. Ottoman bed for additional storage which has never been slept on. The room is opposite the family bathroom, however, there is a smaller shower room down stairs that could be for your use only. I would need access as the washing machine is in there too. The office room is downstairs and isn’t used very often. I like to sit in the lounge with my laptop on my knee. Train station is 10 minute walk away so is the local shop and a number of bars, a pub, cafes and few places to eat. Lovely garden. South facing so lovely and sunny. Driveway has plenty of space for 4 cars and there is usually just mine on the drive so no swapping the cars around when you’re in a rush.

Just myself and my son. We are quite quiet and we’re usually out and about seeing friends or going on days out.
