Hiya! I’m looking for a flatmate to move in with me in this newly refurbished 2-bed/2-bathroom flat in Notting Hill.

7 mins to Ladbroke Grove, 13 mins to Notting Hill Gate. Super quiet, very central, right by some nice restaurants and shops.

Bills (+ council tax) included, move in September.

It’s a top floor flat with access to a lovely communal garden down a quiet street, and your own bathroom. There’s a nice chimney in an open-plan kitchen!

It’s just been refurbished, so the kitchen and bathrooms are modern, and mattress + bed are new. Some of the furniture has changed around since the pictures were taken (new wooden chest of drawers for bedroom to replace the old one, and living area has new table + sofas).

Please note the bedroom does not have space for a desk, so remote working wouldn’t be possible.

No smoking, no pets.

The flat’s being re-decorated, so looking for someone to help me make it a cosy home. If you can keep plants alive, you get extra brownie points :) Main thing is that regular cleaning is super important to me, I’m ideally looking for someone who wants to take care of the flat and become friends, chat late nights, explore London, so please include any hobbies or interests you’re happy to share when messaging for more info :) open to discussion!

Just in case, one of the neighbours has a dog, very quiet and friendly, you’ll see them around the communal garden.
