Looking to give away my room in a flatshare in Treverton Towers, the room is fully furnished with a brand new double mattress and wardrobe. There is also a couch, lamp, and set of drawers. 725 per month all bills included and the deposit is 5 weeks rent - this will be paid via bank transfer to the agency/landlord after you pass a referencing check. You don’t have to pay council tax, water, gas, electricity, or WiFi bills as these are all included in your rent and handled by the agency! The flat is on floor 7 of Treverton Towers, the closest tube stations are Kensal Green (Bakerloo) and Ladbroke Grove (Circle, Hammersmith&City), with plenty of buses running down the main road 1min walk from the building. The flat has a seperate toilet and bathroom and a nicely sized kitchen. The flat is well maintained and clean, with friendly quiet flatmates occupying the other rooms.

3 other flatmates, mixed ages and gender. They are clean and respectful, quiet people and never cause any issues. I have already moved out of the room.
