Looking for someone to takeover my tenancy in Sheffield City Centre, as I am no longer wanting to live in Sheffield for my final year of study. This is a Studio Apartment, including: a double bed, storage, personal kitchen with oven and washer/dryer, a personal living room space with a TV, an ensuite and lots of natural light with many windows. The flat is furnished and suitable for students and young professionals. July’s rent will already be payed by me. Message me if interested :)

There are no other tenants living in this flat, it can house 1/2, which will share the space. It is suitable for a couple or just one person. Pets are allowed, but no children.
