I would like to buddy up with someone and rent out this flat in Thornliebank. It is available from 11th July.

It is a new build, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

It is unfurnished. I usually prefer furnished so I don’t have any furniture that I would bring to the flat. But I do have a TV etc so we can always talk about these things later.

Dishwasher/washing machine included. there could also possibly be scope for minimal furnishings such as beds, sofa etc if the landlord agrees.

It is a nice area if you don’t already know it. I currently live and work in the area.

Rent and council tax would be around £590 each. (The rent is £995pm, and the council tax band D is £180pm)

plus gas and electric and broadband which won’t be sky high as this flat is very energy efficient. EPC rating of B so very warm in the winter.

Thornliebank train station is next door to the flat. 10min walk to nearest supermarkets/shops. Bus stop outside flat.

I have no pets. Non smoker.
