Due to un foreseen circumstances, my son is unable to take up his tenancy of his studio flat and is required to find a substitute tenant. It is a one bedroom studio, with ensuite shower room and kitchen. It is in the popular area of Selly Oak. Two minutes walk from the mainline Selly Oak train station, 10 minute walk from the University of Birmingham and 10 minutes walk from University of Birmingham Medical School. The address is 674 Bristol Road, Selly Oak, B29 6 BJ- the flat is available from the 1st of July. All bills, including WiFi are included in the rent. The rent is £1,040 a month (£260 per week) You are required to have a UK based Guarantor or you will have to the pay the full year up front. Please DM me if you are genuinely interest.
