Large room in a two bed apartment giving loads of private space to rest, relax and unwind after work. It’s close to the town centre, local shops and amenities including a sports centre.

The room is furnished with a king size bed, two seater sofa, office desk, your own fridge, wardrobe and places to keep personal belongings.

It’s a basement room which remains comfortably cool (even in the hottest weather) while warm and protected from the elements in colder times. It has a beautiful laminate floor with under floor heating that is never required!

There’s a great outdoor space just over the road from the property with live cricket, a bar and social area, the occasional beer festival and other events, plenty of room to stretch your legs and unwind in the fresh air and beautiful greenery with a canal path leading to Apsley and the south or Berkhampstead and the north.

Secure parking is available & owned by the landlord.

Due to it’s proximity close to the town centre, bus routes and a mile from Hemel Hempstead train station it’s ideal for non car owners & commuters into the city or elsewhere.

Home cooked evening meals and Sunday dinner are available by arrangement and not included in the room costs.

Room is to be kept tidy and accessible.

We are both keen cooks and film lovers who enjoy nothing more than a day in the kitchen making gorgeous food and then curling up on sofa with our cat to a great film in the evening.
