Holborn Avenue

The property is a nice 4 bed terraced house bills included (except Wi-Fi) in a lovely part of Sneinton with good access to the high street, public transport into town, and all the amenities you could need in walking distance. I will be bringing my 55 inch 4K OLED TV with a soundbar and my bluray collection as well as my record player and Hi-Fi system for communal use. The property has a small concrete garden area at the back, a kitchen and dining area, a separate living room and a 2 bathrooms both with showers.

The house currently consists of myself (Willow) and my partner (Cody) and we’re looking for 2 housemates for the tenancy.

We are quiet and clean and are willing to be communicative and respectful of each others space but are also reasonable and forgiving will not hold dishes being sometimes left for a night or 2 or a little bit of temporary mess against anyone within reason.

We enjoy socializing, going out for a drink and having a laugh. I’m a local musician and as such enjoy everything music related (jamming, going to gigs, listening to albums), pub trips (The King Billy in Sneinton is a personal favorite), films, video games and food. Cody works at a board game cafe and enjoys walks, video games, board games, philosophy, drag, films and reading.
