Quiet residential area walking distance to Lidl, Sainsburys, Tesco Express, and a great local fish n chip shop. Just 10 mjn walk from the esplanade, 15 min walk into town. Bus stop to Dorchester few mkns walk from the house. 15 min walk to train station.

Our house is clean, tidy, modern decor terraced with a downstairs room dedicated for the lodger. We are myself working mum, my 15 year old daughter and our small dog and cat. We have always had lodgers and enjoy sharing our home. We are considerate of others and expect them to be of us. The house has an upstairs bathroom used by my daughter and I and a downstairs wet room which is predominantly for the lodger. We have a lovely back garden and small front garden. The room comes with use of the kitchen, washing machine and all bills included. Please get in touch if interested.

I am a mother of 15 year old daughter. I am currently studying to be a Life Coach working in homehelp and tutoring Spanish alongside. Former teacher and Programmes Manager for a Youth charity. I have travelled extensively and lived in Latin America for 7 years. My daughter is going I to her final GCSE year in September and will be studying a lot so we are looking for someone who will be respectful of her need for quiet study time. She loves to play keyboard when not studying and sings in a band.

We have a small Cavapoo dog and a larger black and white cat. Both are very friendly.
