About the room
Hi all! I’m currently looking for a new housemate with a double room available from mid June.
The property is a 2-bed maisonette 2 minutes from Bromley North Station, all the rooms are really large including the kitchen and shared living room. The bathroom has a bath, shower and the toilet is in a separate smaller room. As well as the bedroom, there’s another now unused small room which has been used as an office.
The room is unfurnished
Bills are currently around £180. The council tax band is D.
About the roomies
I’m super easy going, but also value my peace, I’m lucky to have a fully remote job, so spend a lot of my day locked away in my room, and get out a lot in the evenings, but, enjoy being social. I’d like to think I get along with most people, but if you’re into cycling, DnD, or pretty much anything nerdy then we’ll get along great! LGBTQ+ Friendly too!
