We have a lovely double bedroom becoming available in our warm and welcoming 4-bed house, just a short stroll (under 10 minutes!) from Wood Green Station (Piccadilly Line) and everything you need — supermarkets, restaurants, cinemas, and the shopping mall.

£612 per month + bills (less than £150 /month — less in summer, a bit more in winter) Fully furnished: Double bed, wardrobe, desk, and bedside table Bright, comfy, and perfect for working professionals

4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom Spacious open-plan living room & kitchen — great for relaxing Huge private garden — ideal for sunny days and quiet evenings

Weekly cleaning lady keeps the place clean and tidy

We like our peace and privacy, and we appreciate clear communication and house harmony (e. g., no loud music, letting each other know about guests, no guests overnight etc.)
