Hello, I am urgently looking for a student to take over my tenancy at Vita Student Iona Street (student accommodation) for no less than 6 weeks during July-August 30th. The studio apartment is fully equipped and has it’s own private balcony.
- Rent: £495 pw (6 week minimum stay) (I know this is extremely expensive but this is the exact amount stipulated by Vita Student, I have no control over this) (The tenancy transfer will be handled through the accommodation team)
