The Briars

Train station is approx 3 miles from the property. The room comes furnished with a double bed, a wall mounted tv, bedside table and a place to hang your clothes. You will have complete privacy if you so choose to or if you’re interested in being more sociable, you’re welcome to use the living room as we would. The rent you pay would cover your water bill, electric bill, the room, internet (1000mbps speed) and we can share Netflix/Disney/Amazon accounts for any TV entertainment. There’s a parking bay just opposite the house about 4 metres away from the front door you can use should you need to or alternatively park directly outside the house next to the curb. We have a loft space should you require storage. This is ideal for someone who just needs a place to sleep where the rent is reasonable and you can get a bit of privacy. In the house it is just me and my 24 year old son. He works full time during the day, leaves around 7:30/8am monday to friday and most days goes to the gym for an hour or so and I work nightshifts from around 7:30pm to 8:15am. Someone is likely to be home at all times but rest assured you will have your own privacy should you want it.
