The room that’s available is in a spacious, well-maintained flat that is located in a very green and peaceful residential part of Ham. Transport links are excellent, with the 371 bus running regularly between Richmond and Kingston and the bus stop being a 2 minute walk from the flat. Teddington Lock and the riverside are about a 4 minute walk away. The room is a double room on the ground floor. It has a built-in wardrobe and a desk. The flat is situated in the quietest part of the street in a dead end with no traffic passing by. You’ll have access to a private garden and convenient free parking (street) and space for a bicycle. You’ll also have use of the shared living and dining area.

The two flatmates you’ll be sharing with are friendly, respectful and generally quiet and tidy, and so anyone coming into the home would be expected to contribute the same.
