Beautiful flat to share, Lovely freshly decorated double bedrooms, its a nice relaxing home, I do all the everyday cleaning, I only ask you just tidy up after yourself in the kitchen and bathroom, so no cleaning rotas lol, I have sky multi room, so if you have your own tv, for a one off payment of £50 you will get to enjoy free sky movies and all the other sky channels, netflix, paramount, prime, ITVX., internet and all other bills included. I have been renting rooms for around 10 years so completely used to sharing. David the dog is super friendly, he is a pedigree bull dog and really soppy, its a comfortable calm home. I am fine if you have guests over as long as we know in advance. Live in Landlord, I am very easy going, love a good book or in the evening can be found on the sofa gripped by some random box set! I do love to cook and you may come home from work with the odd cake share!! I work from home at the moment but that may change … you must be an animal lover as we will be sharing with my dog David who is very well behaved, and two cuddly cats who just seem to sleep?
