Hi! I’ve recently moved into this lovely flat and am new to the area. I’m currently looking for a friendly and reliable flatmate to share the space with. I’m also exploring different churches in the area, but haven’t settled on one yet.

About the Flat:

Freshly decorated: New carpets in the bedrooms and a full repaint done in April 2025.

The available room is a large double and can be offered furnished or unfurnished:

Furnished: Includes a double bed and mattress, bedside table, dressing table, and a clothes rail with shelves (please bring your own bedding).

Unfurnished: Built-in clothes rail and shelves remain.

Shared spaces include:

Bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and sink

Kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher Dining room and lounge

Outdoor cupboard available for bike storage

Note: I plan to get a cat in August, so it’s important you’re okay with pets. The cat will have free roam of the flat except for your bedroom.

About Me: I’m a self-employed ballet teacher and also work at a primary school. During term time, I’m usually out of the flat most weekday evenings.

Welwyn Garden City Train Station is 2 miles away

Bus routes 331 and 401 stop just outside the building
