House Roomy 1850s house on leafy road, with large bay window, high ceilings, original features, chandeliers, wood-burning stove, eight-seat oak dining table, breakfast bar, front and back gardens, gas central heating, Wi-Fi, Sky TV, Netflix, Prime, Sonos speakers, Alexa. Seven rooms.

Area Quiet suburban area, but just 15 minutes from Ancoats, the Northern Quarter and City Centre. There’s a picturesque conservation area with woods, a brook and a canal just a three-minute walk away. But we’re less than five minutes’ walk from a modern convenience store, GP, pharmacy, hairdresser and … dance school.

Included Council tax and all utility bills. Bedding, cutlery, crockery and so on provided. On-street parking. Lots of spaces. No restrictions.
