Huge room in Quiet Chelsea flat

Quiet double with big ensuite (shower, no bath) Built in wardrobe, dining table, chair, sofa chair The twin beds are joined under a mattrass topper Cozy “homey” flat with wifi, dishwasher, washing machine

Bills total an extra £150/month from may to october, £200 Nov-April. Cleaning every fortnight £30/month.

• please check location suits you transport wise: 4 tube stops are all 20mn walk away (but a lot of buses going to all directions)
• not a party flat: occasional guests only pls (max 2-3 times/month, more by separate agreement)
• the lounge is currently my office and gym and is not shared, it can be used when I travel by separate agreement. -Walk in kitchen (shared with me - no dining table)

Sw10 is One of the most desirable and lovely areas of London Pets not allowed (unfortunately), no smoking, no couples (unless its for 1 month max)

Note This will probably not suit someone who is WFH all week
