Welby Street

The house is quite close to the University of Manchester, around a 15-20 minute walk. It’s close to a couple corner shops, a kebab place, and further down there’s a subway and some other food places which is convenient! 🤩 The room available is on the ground floor, next to the living room. There’s two other bedrooms on the first floor, and there’s one bathroom also on the first floor. There’s a little outside area (I wouldn’t call it a garden) with a bench, good for some fresh air or a cheeky cigarette. Cozy little house! 🏡

I’m El, and the other housemate is my friend Emma. We’re both first years and go to the University of Manchester and have been friends since freshers🏃‍♂️We like to have fun sometimes and have friends over, but lazy nights in most days I fear.
