Rucha's room

Hi everyone, I am hoping to renew my contract in this spacious city centre flat. My current flatmate is moving away but I would love to stay. Contract starts on 17-Aug-2025. This is a 2-bedroom apartment with a spacious hall, kitchen and an extremely spacious bathroom. The room available to rent is a spacious double bedroom furnished with mattress, study table, chair, 2 wardrobes, and one large rack. The room has a large window which keeps the room lit throughout the day. The building is located in a central area with Tesco, Asda, Spar, Sainsbury, etc. being super close hardly 2-3 mins walk, and Gay village is just 5 minutes away. The Oxford Road railway station is the nearest railway station (5-6 minutes walking distance) and Piccadilly station is 10-15 minutes’ walk away. I am looking for a neat, tidy and clean flatmate for a duration of 6 months.

I am a working professional. I am clean and tidy, I like going for walks, hikes and love exploring cute cafes and restaurants.
