Maria's room

Double room in a friendly house. Quiet area in Polegate. 0.5 miles from Polegate train station with great direct trains to Brighton, Hastings and London. Room will be turned back into a bedroom including a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and TV. Shared use of kitchen, living/dining room and garden. Must be comfortable with animals, we have cats and a dog who are all very friendly. Two children that are at school during the day. 1 min walk to the cuckoo trail which has beautiful walks. 8mins train to Eastbourne, just 25mins train to Brighton and direct train to London Victoria.

Myself and my partner live in this property with our 2 children. We are friendly and welcoming.
