Helen's room

My home is on the Bramley, Rodley boarder in West Leeds. Its a nice area right next to green spaces, close to bus and rail links, and many amenities. The house has off street parking, a lovely south facing garden with seating. Use of internet and washing machine and kitchen. Possibly private bathroom but will have to share initially. 2nd bathroom is under construction. Im happy for you to bring a cat. Professional over 40s females preferred. This is my home and I have a beautiful piano which I practice regularly. This must not be touched unless you are a pianist and willing to contribute to the tuning and service costs. I would not want any strangers visiting my home until I have met them. Although Im very sociable I would not want my roomy to have friends around until a trust has been established.

Im at fit active 61 year old woman. I go swimming regularly and will be away from the house on a regular basis. You may be alone some weekends. I have my own area, which needs to be respected and is private.
