About the room
I have an empty double room available to rent in Derby, close to the city centre & university but not right in the middle. Easily accessible to Nottingham via the A52 & walking distance to the bus station & train station. The room will be furnished with a double bed, large drawers & a TV stand (no TV). Photos show furniture of old tennant. I will update these when I can.
A large shared kitchen & living room with space to work from home if needed.
