I’m looking for a mature, tidy, quiet and sensible, full-time student or professional, as a lodger. Any age considered, females preferred. And I am unable to accommodate couples. Help with cleaning will be required as standards must be kept.

The room has a wardrobe with built-in drawers, a desk, chair and bed. It will be rented at £550 per month.

Kitchen is immaculate and tidy, with washing machine and tumble dryer and breakfast bar. Nice clean bathroom also.

Situated close to J9/M5/ M6 Wednesbury, which can take you south to Birmingham or north towards Wolverhampton Within short walking distance of bus station, tram stop and train Tame bridge parkway 10/15 min with links to Wolverhampton/Birmingham (35min commute into the city centre/ 20 min if driving) . And walking distance to town centre and retail park as well as other amenities such as Lidl and Morrisons close by.
