I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy in Beeston Lower rd from September to July, the dates can be adjusted. it is a 6 bedroom house with all female tenants, the two bedrooms on the top floor are available, there is a bathroom on the top floor as well. It is £125 per week all bills included. The beds are double bed and there is ample storage area.
This is a fully furnished house The house has three toilets and two bathrooms, With great transport links the property is on a tram line, 5mins from Tesco extra and close to park campus. Parking is also available.
About the roomies
The current 4 tenants are all female 2nd year engineering students studying at university of nottingham. We are looking for clean and tidy female students to join us.
