This is a nice double attic room in a shared house on a popular, sought after rd in Crookes, Sheffield S10. It is fully furnished and quite private. The house is comfortable and has a living/dining kitchen (No separate lounge) with a range of utilities. There is a bathroom with white bathroom suite and over bath shower. Outside is a sunny back garden with table and chairs for sitting out. The area is excellent and close to Crookes, Broomhill and Crosspool. All have a rnage of great shops, pubs, restaurants and bars. It is walkable to Sheffield University (10 mins) and various hospitals. There is a bus stope a few minutes away which goes via the Uni and hospitals and onto popular West St and the Devonshire Quarter then into Sheffield City centre (15 min bus ride). Utilitiy bills are included. Council Tax and Wifi are extra.
About the roomies
3 nice guys mixed ages. Various professions/trades. Will appeal to same. DHSS considered.
