Hey everyone, 👋 🛏 We have a small double room to rent in bright, spacious house with a sun trap of a garden. 📍 South Wimbledon (5 mins walk to Northern Line and 8mins to Wimbledon District and overground). 💰Room is £690pm plus £80 bills. 🔥 Bills include: Gas & Electric, Council tax, water, cleaner & cleaning products, tv license, broadband, all tv channels & streaming services ☘ Housemates include 3 females. All working in either Wimbledon or central London 😎 🌞 The big selling point of the house is the great living space and garden, which is a great place to cook and hangout. We take advantage by having plenty of summer BBQ gatherings. 🏡 The room has some built in storage, but lit more space in the attic too. DM me for more details.

Three females living in the property, Irish, Colombian and Scottish. The house is a very friendly and laid back atmosphere with everyone happy to hang out in the living room watching tv midweek.
