We are a chilled and relaxed, clean and tidy bunch, looking for a professional female to join us. We enjoy a quiet, considerate and private lifestyle, but are also partial to a good chat too.

The light, warm and airy bedroom is spacious with a double bed, large fitted wardrobe, shelving and desk with chair. The garden is a peaceful place to relax after a busy day at work, and the large kitchen and communal dining area is a perfect space to get together. Off road parking is available. A cleaner comes regularly which is included in the price. The WiFi signal is strong here.

Sawston is 5 miles south of the Cambridge Medical Campus and is close to the Babraham Institute, The Wellcome Genome Centre and Abington Research Park. Whittlesford Railway Station is a bike ride away and a Citi 7 bus stop is a 5 minute walk. There are good public footpath/cycleway links to the above sites.

Both short and long term tenancies considered.

There are two female roomies currently living here, both working locally, with one leaving soon to return to Uni.
