We are looking for someone to rent a spacious double bedroom available in our 4-bedroom house located in St. George, 25 mins bus ride to the city centre. The room comes furnished with a bed, mattress, wardrobe and a working desk. Bills are not included and come to 100-150 pounds depending on the season.

• Large shared bathroom with toilet as well as another separate toilet.
• Conveniently located just 30 seconds from the bus stop, with buses 44, 45 & 16 to the city centre every 15-30 minutes.
• Sainsbury’s Local and a petrol station just a minute away.

What We’re Looking For: Preferably a female flatmate who values cleanliness and tidiness. The room is available from the 15th of May, on a contract basis.
