The area is a nice cosmopolitan area with plenty of independent cafes, restaurants, shops, cinemas, leisure centres and a public library.

Fountain park, Meadows park and Bruntsfield links are a 10 to 20 minutes walk away .

Napier Merchiston is a few minutes walk from the flat, Easy access to all universities in Edinburgh

Kitchen includes a washing machine, hob, kettle, microwave, toaster and all kitchen utensils. You will have your own shelf in the fridge and cupboards.
