Double Room, newly fully finished (no one has ever stayed in the room before) the room has literally just been decorated; awaiting wardrobe and desk chair to arrive this week.

The house is fully detached 4 bedroom, and only 9 months old, so all appliances and facilities are brand new.

Bathroom will be shared with one other house mate, as i have two rooms to rent. The Bathroom is soon to have a full makeover too, and an integrated shower will be added. The bath is brand new and has never been used.

There is all a private TV Room (4k TV) to share with one other house mate.

The house is brand new; i am slowly improving the decoration and finishing touches week on week.

Father (Professional), daughter, and one other house mate live in the house, so this is a family orientated home. Its ideally suited for someone who is looking for a quiet, peaceful, and tranquil place to work from home or relax after a hard day at work.

We have a small beagle, Penny, who is a joy and tinker at the same time, so you must be pet friendly - she has a lovely personality, and she is very friendly and loving.
