Access info: Unfortunately not wheelchair accessible. Front door access by key. There is a flight of stairs to the living room, your room will be on the 1st floor. There is a cat in the property. No intercom but there’s a doorbell. Bathroom is on the same floor as the bedroom with a shower cubicle, shared with 1 other flatmate.
Pets: Cat-friendly, dogs negotiable, other smaller pets are also allowed.

I’m moving closer to my job, otherwise this place is quite decent. Landlord is quick to fix stuff and responsive. Flatmates generally keep to themselves but are open to casual chat and occasional meals together. The room is really spacious, perfect for wfh. There is the option to purchase some of the furniture in the room, when I moved in last year only the chest of drawers and the mattress were provided by the landlord. There is also a British Heart Foundation shop right across the street from us and a 2nd hand reclaimed furniture shop for cheap furniture.
