charlotte's room

i have a large 2 bed flat in walsall , it’s 5 minute walk from town centre and bus and train station it’s a large room that isn’t furnished , it has a built in wardrobe and that’s it , i’m on the 13th floor with lift directly to the floor , iv lived here 9 months so still working on it but it’s cosey and i have everything needed , you would need to provide your own bed and draws ect anything you want in the room , the toilet and bathroom are seperate and i only have an eletric shower , you would have your own privacy in your room , bills included in price i have a balcony too with amazing views

i’m 29 year old preffesional female and i have a littl ginger cat , i’m very clean and tidy and would expect my roommate to be also , i’m bubbly and active so wouldn’t see much of each other , unless you fancy joining me in the living room, im a brilliant cook so if your ever hungry there will always be good food , i do smoke but only on the balcony and not much , i’d want us both to feel comfortable and at home and again KEEP IT TIDY
