Rural cottage with a garden, 4 miles from Kelso in the Scottish Borders, a very beautiful part of the country. There’s central heating and double glazing throughout and a log burner in the living room. The available room is currently furnished with a chest of drawers, TV, cupboard with hanging rail and a king size sofa bed, but will be furnished to your requirement once tenancy is agreed and on receipt of the security deposit. If required, a full size desk is available in the home office for those who WFH. The living room, kitchen and bathroom are communal and you have the use of all the facilities. Meals can be provided by negotiation. There is high speed fibre internet and a private off-road parking space. 20 minute drive to the nearest train station or about 50 minutes drive into Edinburgh.

You would be sharing with me, the homeowner. The house is clean and quiet. I work from home half the week.
